As a family-oriented, private company, Melaleuca holds several exciting events for our Team Members and their family members. In the summer, the Melaleuca Family Picnic draws thousands and features games, entertainment and a raffle. The holiday spirit comes alive at the Melaleuca Christmas party, which also offers live entertainment and prizes. And in the fall, there is a Halloween celebration for Team Members and especially their children and grandchildren.

Melaleuca also hosts smaller events, such as golf, softball, basketball, and cornhole tournaments to build relationships. Because we enjoy each other, our Team Members voluntarily come together for community service projects, a free day at the zoo and to enjoy a Pioneer League baseball game at Melaleuca Field. We even hold our own pinewood derby races to the delight of some Team Members. But these company events, big or small, just scratch the surface of Melaleuca’s work hard, play hard culture.
